Content currently originates as answers written by the Founder: Jamie Dhanak on Quora. Jamie feels it’s best to learn languages from content she chooses. Her long-term goal is to create custom content for users based on content they choose.
Full-text documents are available addressing several topics in a selection of languages (starting with English, Hindi, Cebuano, Khmer is planned for early 2025, and Spanish in late 2025) and scripts (Roman letters, Devanagari). Khmer is will be in Khmer script and Devanagari, the first script in the database without Roman letters. Sentences can be viewed with grammatical or literal translations according to preferences of users. Interlinked comprehensive multilingual vocabulary is also available for all documents. Audio will soon be available in English, Hindi, and Cebuano. Khmer and Spanish will be implemented in 2025.
The database is starting with about 20 documents in 3 languages and 2 scripts. In 2025, the full database will be viewable. Additional languages, scripts, and documents will be added over time
